We take what we do seriously and have invested a lot of time and money in training and acquiring the proper knowledge so we can offer our clients a high quality service. We are members of TACCA, The Approved Carpet Cleaners Association, a professional carpet cleaning body whose members are vetted to ensure they use the right methods and equipment and are also insured. As per the TACCA website, the aim of the body is to educate “the public about the pitfalls of certain carpet cleaning methods and also demonstrate the value for money they get when choosing carpet cleaners who know what they are doing.”
